What is The Coterie Retreat?
The Coterie Retreat is a wedding and event industry conference presented by Munaluchi for professionals who service the multicultural market. You can expect 3 days of powerful speakers, workshops, panels, hands-on opportunities, parties, and plenty of networking. If you’re looking to take your creative business to new heights, this is the conference to be at. Plus, you’ll have a chance to build lasting relationships with industry peers.
What is The Coterie?
The Coterie is the exclusive wedding collective curated by the Editors at MunaLuchi Bride Magazine. The retreat was created out of a desire for our members to connect with one another and with their industry peers. All event industry creatives are invited to attend. Of course! The conference is open to all event and wedding industry professionals.

How much does it cost?
The cost to attend is $1900 before April 15th and $2495 after April 15th. A $500 deposit reserves your spot.
What are the dates?
Monday, December 3 - Thursday, December 6th.
What is the agenda?
A detailed agenda will be available on CoterieRetreat.com in the coming months. Generally, the conference begins on Monday, December 3rd and ends with a formal gala on the night of Wednesday, December 5th.
What does registration include?
Access to all speakers and breakouts
Breakfast, breaks, lunch and evening meals for three days
Access to hands-on workshops. *A small fee may apply to participate in certain workshops.

What hotel will the conference be held? Is there a discounted hotel rate?
Our host venue will be announced next week. Yes, we have negotiated a discounted rate that ranges from $199 - $219/night based on your room and occupancy.
I'm interested in having a roommate. How do I arrange that?
In the coming months, we will have a roommate sign-up form available for registrants where you'll be able to see who else is looking for a roommate and connect with them. In addition, you will have access to a private facebook group for the retreat where you can find a roommate.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. A $500 deposit is required and payment plans can be setup. Registration must be paid in full by September 1st.
I'm interested in becoming a speaker. Is there an application process for that?
Thanks for your interest in speaking at the Coterie Retreat. We will not be accepting any more speaker applications for the 2018 retreat at this time. Stay tuned for our speaker lineup!
How do I become a sponsor for the retreat?
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities for certain categories will be made available in the coming month. Stay tuned for a link to the sponsor application.

I can no longer attend the retreat. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any payments that have been made. You are able to transfer your ticket to another individual but you must take care of the transfer on your own and provide proof of the transfer by August 31st.
