Pre-Conference Mixer/Registration
Sunday, December 3rd (evening) /(for full conference attendees only)
Join your fellow attendees and speakers by the Westin Poolside Lounge and Deck for an informal mixer and registration event.

Conference Attire - Comfortable Resort Chic
Monday, December 4th - Wednesday, December 6th
Come ready to soak up the knowledge in your comfortable yet chic resort attire. On Monday and Tuesday, you’ll have a full day of learning and networking, while on Wednesday, you’ll have a half day of learning followed by our curated lunchtime Dine-Arounds.
Welcome Party - Cayman Hues

For our welcome party, we invite you to come and “Dream in Cayman” with your cocktail attire in muted colors associated with the Cayman Islands skies, seas, and land. Use the color palette below for inspiration and check out our curated Pinterest board here.
Glam Beach White Party

Tuesday, December 5th
Our 2nd networking party of the conference is the White Party! Get ready to sail with us to our gorgeous destination. Attire should be all-white, off-white, or any combination, and be sure to wear appropriate footwear for a beach party.
Awards Gala: Creative Black Tie - Incorporate Something Blue
Wednesday, December 6th
In Partnership with Pedro St. James
Our most anticipated and formal event of the conference is our Awards Gala. We invite you to arrive in your best Creative Black Tie Attire and encourage you to incorporate something blue. You don’t necessarily have to wear blue but think of ways you can dazzle some blue into your wardrobe, even if that’s through your accessories, makeup, or even hair. This category allows for more creativity and options when planning your wardrobe. You won’t have to adhere to strict black tie guidelines. Think patterns, textures, and colors or any creative way to enhance your personal style.
