Where will the conference be hosted this year?
The Coterie Retreat will be hosted at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands.

How much does it cost?
The cost to attend is $2495. A $250 deposit confirms your spot. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Registration must be paid in full by October 1st.

What are the dates? 
Monday, December 4th, 2023 - Thursday, December 7th, 2023.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive on Sunday, December 3rd, 2023 to be ready for morning sessions on Monday.

What is the agenda? 
We are currently working on the speakers and itinerary. Generally, the conference begins around 9 am on Monday and the conference ends with a Formal Awards Gala on the evening of Wednesday, December 6th, 2023. Most attendees will arrive on Sunday, December 3rd, 2023.

What does registration include?

Access to all speakers and breakouts

Breakfast, breaks, lunch, and evening meals for three days

Access to hands-on workshops. *A small fee may apply to participate in certain workshops.

What hotel will the conference be held in?  Is there a discounted hotel rate?
We are happy to have negotiated a competitive rate for your stay at Westin Grand Cayman. Rates are $409/night for Ocean and Island view rooms plus fees and taxes*. After registering, you will be provided with booking details. View the rooms here.

*Resort fee is discounted at $50/night per room.
*11% service charge. 13% tax. After your registration is confirmed and our booking link is available, you will be emailed the direct booking link.

I'm interested in having a roommate. How do I arrange that? 
After registering, you’ll have access to the private Facebook group where you can link up with other attendees and find a roommate. The private group will open on September 1st. If you need to find a roommate before that time, email us at [email protected] and we will assist.

Are payment plans available?
Yes. A $250 deposit is required to confirm your spot and enroll in a payment plan. Registration must be paid in full by October 1st, 2023.

If I’m no longer able to attend, am I able to get a refund?
No refunds will be provided as all deposits and payments are final. If you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to sell your registration to someone interested in attending the 2023 Coterie Retreat. You will be responsible for the sale and transfer. You also have the option of purchasing cancellation insurance during registration.

I'm interested in becoming a speaker. Is there an application process for that?
Thanks for your interest in speaking at the Coterie Retreat. We are not currently accepting any speaker applications for the 2023 retreat at this time. Our call for speakers closed in April.
