Coterie Retreat 2023 Accommodation Booking Instructions

Details on how to book your room for the 2023 Coterie Retreat.

Our host resort is The Westin. If you stay at Hampton by Hilton, we will provide a shuttle to and from the sessions. All transportation to all offsite events for the Coterie Retreat is included with your registration.

We have accommodations available at 2 resorts. The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach



Booking Details for Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

Description: Located on Seven Mile Beach, the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa is known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including several swimming pools, a fitness center, and a spa. The hotel also has several dining options, including a seafood restaurant and a beach bar.

  • Rates are $409/ night with a $50 resort fee. Rates are per room, per night for 1 or 2 adults occupancy and do not include an 11% service charge, 13% tax

  • Last day to book: Friday, November 3, 2023

  • Please note that at the time of the booking, 1 night deposit will be charged which includes 11% service charge and 13% tax. Cancellation policy: 30 days or more prior to arrival: full refund. 29-15 days prior to arrival: 1 night deposit is forfeited. 14 days or less: The entire stay is charged. Cut off Date: November 3, 2023.

Additional Details:

  • Group rates are valid 3 days pre/post the peak group dates and are subject to availability.

  • Resort fee is reduced from $75/night to $50/night.

  • Full service spa for a fee

  • Beach and pools on-site

Booking Details for Hampton by Hilton

  • Rates range from $260 - $295/night. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and is subject to an additional 12% service charge, 13% accommodation tax. Resort fee is waived for our group.

  • Extra $10 USD per  person (adult) charge for additional guest in room per night.

Additional Details:

  • Group rates are valid 3 days pre/post the peak group dates and are subject to availability.

  • Resort fees are waived for our group and include bicycle rentals, yoga mat and GoPro action camera usage, transportation to local beach, daily afternoon poolside snack, morning refreshment cool down station, after-sun relief station, and unlimited local calls.

  • There is a restaurant onsite called Ms. Pipers.

  • Offered rate includes complimentary breakfast for 2 adults per day, per room and  free wi-fi.
