The 8th annual Coterie Retreat is upon us! Here, you'll find some style guides to help you get your fashion right for the conference. This style guide is just informational. You are never obligated to dress any particular way. What's most important is that you feel comfortable and come ready to soak up some knowledge and sun.

Pre-Conference Mixer/Registration
Sunday, December 4th (evening) / (for full conference attendees only.)
On Sunday evening, join us for an informal mixer. Here, you can meet with fellow attendees, and get your conference materials. First-time attendees will also have a quick session to familiarize you with the conference.
You are welcome to wear what you like. The event will be in an area with some indoor and outdoor balconies.
Welcome Party - Vibrant Tropical Attire
Monday, December 5th
Our first party of the conference will be the Welcome Party, happening on Monday, December 5th. We suggest tropical summer attire, but incorporate something bright and/or neon. Bright, fun, tropical vibes are what we’re going for. This event will be held outdoors on a patio type of area.
White Party Attire
Tuesday, December 6th
On the second evening, Tuesday, December 5th, we will be transporting you to an amazing venue for our highly anticipated White Party.
Awards Gala: Creative Black Tie Attire
Wednesday, December 7th
Our most final event of the conference will be our formal Awards Gala. This year, we are suggesting Creative Black Tie Attire. You can wear any color you’d like, but if you’d like to tie it into the color palette, you can find that in the mood board below. This event will be held outdoors and in a grassy area.
What is Creative Black Tie?
This category allows for more creativity and options when planning your wardrobe. You won’t have to adhere to strict black tie guidelines. Think patterns, textures, and colors or any creative way to enhance your personal style.
Conference Attire - Casual Resort Chic
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Dec 5-7)
For the General Sessions, you’ll have full days of learning, networking, and connecting during your one-one-one meetings with our partners. We encourage a more resort-chic approach to your typical business casual attire, so you can feel comfortable while still looking your very best. The conference sessions run from around 9 to about 4 depending on if your are taking part in some breakouts and are being held in a room with marble floors, so keep that in mind if you’re the stiletto wearing type.
Jamaican-themed Beach Luncheon Attire
Wednesday, December 7th (for full conference attendees only. Not a part of the party package)
On the third day of the conference, we are hosting a fun Jamaican-themed luncheon! It will be held after all sessions are done. AMAZING food, cocktails, and entertainment await. It’s being held on a beach area on the Half Moon property, so you may want to change into more appropriate attire for lunch, or you can just keep that in mind when you plan your Wednesday conference attire. Jamaican colors of green, yellow and black are not obligatory, but if you are the type that likes to match a theme, GO ALL OUT.
