Shelby Tuck-Horton, is president of Exquisite Expressions and Events, Inc., a full-service event planning and management company, specializing in wedding planning and design.  

As a Master Bridal Consultant and Event Planner, Shelby has been sharing her expertise and creativity in wedding planning and design with hundreds of couples both locally and nationally forover 20 years.  Her creative talents and expert wedding planning advice have been sought by a diverse group of clients, including nationally recognized celebrities.

In addition to the prestigious title that she holds as Master Bridal Consultant, Shelby is a recipient of the Association of Bridal Consultant’s (ABC) distinguished Miss Dorothy Heart Award for her positive leadership contributions to the wedding industry because of her love and passion for the industry.  She is also the recipient of several awards for excellence in leadership and mentoring in the wedding industry.

For over eight years, Shelby has served as the  Maryland/District of Columbia State Manager for the Association of Bridal Consultants.  She has also served in other leadership positions for the Association of Wedding Professionals and Wish Upon a Wedding.

Because of her vast knowledge of the wedding industry, Shelby has been a featured wedding expert on national and local television, radio, and featured in wedding industry magazines, books, and newspapers.  She travels the country as a speaker and teacher to wedding professionals and she finds her greatest joy in helping others achieve their success through coaching, mentoring and teaching.
